Description

As a Guest Services Staff member at Royal Oak Music Theater, you will provide direct customer service to guests, including ticket scanning, seating, and resolving complaints. You'll also assist during emergencies and enforce venue policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands
• Greet guests and resolve complaints
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons
• Monitor venue during arrival and exit for safety
