Description
You will drive efficiency and focus within our revenue organization, designing and implementing processes and tools to support SMB sales teams. You'll own the sales stack, manage dashboards and revenue forecasts, and collaborate across departments to align sales insights with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years in sales or operations at a tech scale-up
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Gong and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with agile methodologies
- Strong team player and ability to work independently
- Fluent in French and English
Responsibilities
- Improve the efficiency and focus of our revenue organization
- Design solutions (process or tools) that support sales operations and sales reps
- Lead implementation of these solutions
- Foster focus at every step of our funnels (e.g. leads assignment and scoring)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales insights are taken into account
- Own the Sales stack and act as Salesforce/Gong/Aircall/Surfe expert
- Be the CRM product owner within the SMB sales team
- Manage dashboards and revenue forecasts
- Infuse data excellence by driving a data culture inside sales teams
