You will lead an IT support team to ensure the maintenance and efficiency of our data center's IT infrastructure, working with cutting-edge technologies. Your role involves overseeing hardware troubleshooting, project planning, and collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to maintain critical systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of team management and hands-on server hardware troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of data center operations and server/network equipment principles
• Practical experience in project planning and management
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM operational activities
• Basic proficiency in Linux and command-line tools

Responsibilities

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in infrastructure support and project planning
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on technical and operational challenges
• Develop documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT tasks to maintain and improve infrastructure operations
• Manage installation, upgrading, and dismantling of hardware based on operational requests
