💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team to train other technicians and perform heavy bodywork on multiple panels in a high-tech inspection center. You'll use state-of-the-art tools to repair vehicles to first-rate condition, impacting customer satisfaction directly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train other autobody technicians on heavy bodywork techniques
• Perform heavy plastic welding/stapling on panels
• Conduct heavy metal pulling, straightening, and stud welding
• Repair roofs, rocker panels, and large-area body damage

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional automotive bodywork experience
• Proficiency in heavy metal pulling and straightening
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

• Experience with Bondo repair
• Prior training or mentoring experience
• ASE certification
