💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Okeechobee, FL, helping them restore strength and mobility. Your work directly prevents falls and enables safe navigation of homes and communities. This role offers flexible scheduling and a consistent patient census through an agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function
• Develop individualized treatment goals and plans
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Document care per Medicare and agency standards

📋 Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (email, EMR systems)
