Requirements
- 2-5 years cooking experience in LTC or similar setting preferred
- ServSafe certification
- Degree in Culinary science or related certificate is a plus
- Understanding of kitchen equipment maintenance and use
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and monitor food production and presentation
- Train and assist staff in proper procedures and policies
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed
- Menu development, cost control, and budgeting
- Ordering and inventory management
