💼 About This Role

You'll define the strategy and architecture for agentic workflow systems and AI-native internal tools at Socure. You'll enable step-function gains in efficiency across every department by embedding intelligent automation. This role reports directly to the CTO and is central to Socure's transformation into an AI-native company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools.
• Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks and orchestration engines.
• Drive adoption of GenAI across departments to augment decision-making.
• Partner with leaders across the business to improve velocity and reduce manual effort.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership roles.
• Proven success building and scaling workflow systems or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience enabling cross-functional operational efficiency across technical and business teams.
