You'll lead test development for space-grade hardware, designing fixtures and automation from prototype through production. Your work ensures reliable performance for missions in national security, global connectivity, and disaster response. This hands-on role blends electronics, software, and systems integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead integrated test development from concept through production
• Design hardware, wiring, and electrical systems for test fixtures
• Develop modular test automation in Python/Rust/C++ on Linux
• Own test maintainability and continuous improvement across lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong programming in Python, C++, and Rust
• Experience with Linux-based development environments
• Hands-on with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and other test equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• Root-causing issues in mixed-signal or RF-adjacent systems
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 test methods
• Experience designing ATE systems (PXI, USB/LXI)
