Requirements

• 4-8 years HR experience as People Operations Specialist or HR Generalist
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Proficiency with HR software, Google Suite, and modern productivity tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom)
• Experience with workforce analytics and data-driven decision making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead people operations including hiring, onboarding, development, and compliance
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee engagement
• Engage in strategic workforce planning and succession planning
• Serve as primary contact for clients, processing HR data and administering payroll/benefits
• Support organizational development through design, coaching, and change management
