💼 About This Role

You'll lead the affiliate and partnerships strategy for Poppy & Peonies, a growing accessories brand. Your core impact will be scaling the TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce program in the U.S. market. You'll have the opportunity to build this channel from the ground up in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategy with focus on TikTok Shop.
• Recruit and onboard high-performing creators, affiliates, and UGC partners.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with creators and brand partners.
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to scale revenue.
• Develop campaigns and incentives for authentic product promotion.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer or brand partnerships.
• Direct experience managing affiliate programs for e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce.
• Experience recruiting and managing creators/influencers and UGC partners.
