🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layered analytics organization
• Define and drive product analytics strategy with Product leadership
• Integrate data into product lifecycle and A/B testing frameworks
• Shape long-term data analytics roadmap and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data analytics or data science in high-growth tech
• 5+ years leadership managing and scaling multi-disciplinary teams
• Product analytics expertise including A/B testing and experimentation
• Technical fluency in Snowflake, dbt, and Looker/Hex

• Experience in healthcare data
