Description

In this role, you will lead the implementation of the TrakCare solution for customers by scoping requirements, configuring the application, and training users. You'll act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with clients to ensure successful deployments.

Requirements

• General aptitude for problem-solving and using technology
• Background in Hospital Pharmacy, Nursing, PAS, Billing, or General Medical training
• Experience implementing product solutions, preferably HIS
• Understanding of computer systems, software development, and networking
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand workflows and requirements
• Implement TrakCare application to meet customer business needs
• Conduct individual and group training, demos, and workshops
• Manage change requests from clients
• Be a Subject Matter Expert for TrakCare implementations
