You'll drive execution of priority regional initiatives for OpenAI's Global Affairs team in Asia Pacific, turning strategy into clear plans and measurable outcomes. You'll coordinate across policy, partnerships, and communications teams to strengthen OpenAI's regional presence. This role sits at the intersection of policy, partnerships, and executive engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of select APAC strategic initiatives
• Translate regional priorities into actionable workplans and milestones
• Support flagship partnerships, convenings, and executive visits
• Prepare high-quality briefings, memos, and strategic updates

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic initiatives, partnerships, or program management
• Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth organizations
• Proven success as a senior individual contributor with broad scope
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level materials

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
• Familiarity with technology policy, AI, or geopolitical issues
