• Remove complex impediments and cross-team dependencies
• Facilitate team and program-level ceremonies
• Champion continuous improvement and experimentation
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers

📋 Requirements

• CSM/PSM certification (advanced preferred)
• Significant experience applying Agile in software development
• Proven experience mentoring multiple teams
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAFe, Scrum@Scale or scaled frameworks
• Experience mentoring Scrum Masters
• Project or program management experience
