You will design and animate motion assets for brand, marketing, and live experiences at Ripple, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual stories. You'll help shape the design culture and elevate creative standards while navigating multiple projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of motion design experience with brand or campaign focus
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design work
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Creative Suite, Figma, Lottie
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion assets from concept to completion across brand, marketing, and live experiences
• Contribute to and maintain motion libraries and documentation
• Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful motion
• Curate motion systems with attention to clarity, design, composition, and timing
• Navigate concurrent projects through effective communication and prioritization
