💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-driven security agents for Datadog's Bits AI platform, collaborating with users and experts to develop LLM-powered tools. Your work will directly accelerate security investigations for modern organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop retrieval and planning strategies for AI agents
• Manage prompts, evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop paths
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and partner teams
• Prototype, iterate with users, and ship production features

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in CS, Engineering, AI or related field
• 4+ years of backend experience (Go, Python, Java)
• Experience shipping LLM-based software to production
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools daily

• Experience in security domain and threat investigation
• Fluency with offline/online evals and golden sets
• Experience scaling products in high-growth SaaS
