💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategic direction and commercial performance of Betano's affiliate ecosystem across LATAM, leading a team of Affiliate Managers. You'll drive scalable, compliant, ROI-positive growth in one of the most strategic geographies for Kaizen Gaming. The role offers hybrid working and private health insurance for you and your family.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own LATAM affiliate strategy end-to-end, setting regional priorities and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers across LATAM.
• Design and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Drive performance optimization across the regional portfolio.
• Own affiliate compliance and risk management across LATAM.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Affiliate and/or Performance Marketing.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or senior IC capacity owning regional or multi-market scope.
• iGaming experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in affiliate commercial models and complex deal structures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus).
• Spanish and/or Portuguese a significant advantage.
• Experience operating across LATAM markets, especially Brazil.
