Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• **5+ years** of experience as an automation/integration engineer.
• Strong experience with **Microsoft Power Automate**, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in **SQL** and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA, and AI/ML.
• Analyze business requirements and architect solution designs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to turn data into actionable insights.
• Provide Tier 3 support and training for automation tools.
