Description

You will lead the end-to-end outsourcing of external service providers for clinical trials, including vendor identification, contract negotiation, and budget management. Your work will directly support the development of novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers.

Requirements

• BS degree plus 5 years contract administration in pharma/biotech/CRO
• Expertise in large, multi-site, Phase 3 clinical trials
• Direct experience vetting and negotiating with vendors
• Ability to understand clinical development process and manage multiple contracts
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical operations and functional teams for vendor identification and selection
• Draft and finalize work orders, change orders, and consulting agreements
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements with vendors in collaboration with Legal and Finance
• Manage vendor governance including KPIs and performance metrics
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and study teams
