💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, from design and integration to deployment and optimization. You'll lead customer-facing engagements and build enterprise-grade Voice and Chat AI agents. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing GenAI platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI agents including prompt design and workflow configuration.
• Act as primary technical partner for customers, leading demos and gathering feedback.
• Configure and connect systems using APIs and integrate with CRMs and knowledge bases.
• Set up telephony routing (SIP/CCaaS/PSTN) and troubleshoot call quality.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in conversational AI, solution engineering, or system integration.
• Strong hands-on skills in prompt design and API integration (SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Programming experience in Python or JavaScript for scripting and integrations.

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with telephony or voice systems (SIP, CCaaS, PSTN).
