Description

You will oversee the financial, operational, and cultural performance of a portfolio of apartment communities. Partner with Community Managers and corporate leadership to drive occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, and team development while modeling accountability and professionalism.

• Experience in multi-site property management leadership
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance
• Knowledge of fair housing and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, and service metrics across assigned communities
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations and compliance
• Review monthly financial statements and lead budget preparation
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Community Managers
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and crisis management plans
