🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose underperforming growth levers and align cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across product, marketing, and engineering.
• Define and track success metrics tied to member growth and program impact.
• Translate complex program data into executive-ready narratives for decision-making.
• Identify and integrate AI-leveraged workflows and scalable tools to increase program efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management, product operations, or project management experience in a tech org.
• Critical thinking and analytical rigor to deconstruct ambiguous growth problems.
• AI competency with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools.
• Communication and stakeholder alignment skills at the executive level.
• Organizational rigor to manage complex interdependent work with tight timelines.
