You will guide technical implementation of healthcare IT software, providing ongoing support to clients. You'll install, update, troubleshoot deployments, and ensure a positive client experience by understanding requirements and proposing solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical implementation support experience
• Client support experience
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL
• Basic programming experience in C#, Java, Python, or equivalent
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install, update, and troubleshoot client software deployments across various infrastructure environments
• Offer implementation guidance and technical support to clients using Clinical Architecture software and web services
• Ensure positive client experience by delivering exceptional service throughout the business relationship
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose solutions using available resources
