You will own technical requirements for app store integrations, coordinate releases across platforms like Apple App Store and Google Play, and lead a distributed team to ensure operational resilience. This role is critical for bridging business and engineering to scale the app store function at Roblox.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing app store portals (Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console)
• Strong background in technical project management or release coordination
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives or matrixed teams
• Familiarity with mobile development ecosystems, provisioning, and certificates
• Experience handling compliance tasks like SOX audits and content rating systems

Responsibilities

• Manage store access compliance, user permissions, and quarterly SOX audits
• Drive release readiness by coordinating technical requirements and platform-specific deadlines
• Lead a distributed task force of deputies from peer teams to prevent single points of failure
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and influence leadership for strategic growth
• Lead technical triage for store bugs, new environments, and provisioning certificates
