📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end commissions close process.
  • Deep expertise in sales incentive compensation concepts.
  • Advanced analytical capability with large data sets.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CaptivateIQ.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools like Claude.
  • Experience with Looker or other BI platforms.
