As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at CoreWeave, you will be on the front lines of a technological revolution, empowering customers to harness the full potential of our Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with engineers and researchers to resolve issues impacting mission-critical AI workloads, mentor team members, and contribute to best practices and knowledge resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or similar technical support roles
• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with networking, load balancing, storage, observability, HPC, Linux system administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with observability tools like Grafana

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor team members in developing technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues to uncover root causes
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through swift, accurate, empathetic support communications
• Design and implement troubleshooting best practices for fast client resolutions
• Lead creation of knowledge-sharing resources such as documentation and tutorials
