You'll drive the evolution of Toast's next-generation timekeeping platform and build large-scale backend systems that process tens of millions of shift events weekly. Your work will directly influence labor spend for over 166,000 restaurant locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve core backend systems for timekeeping platform
• End-to-end ownership of systems across full development lifecycle
• Partner with product and design to influence what and how we build
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years back-end experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar
• Experience owning and operating production systems
• Track record of tackling ambiguous, high-impact challenges

• Experience with data-intensive, large-scale systems
• Knowledge of labor cost management or timekeeping domains
