Description

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you will handle service tickets, perform preventative maintenance, repair HVAC/electrical/plumbing/appliances, and prepare vacant apartments. You'll work Tuesday-Saturday with on-call rotations to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable personal transportation for commuting and on-call emergencies
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and general building upkeep
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work on-call for after-hour emergencies
