You'll drive manufacturing strategy and NPI execution for Comet, a next-gen spacecraft platform, with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability from early development through production ramp. You'll define scalable production methodologies and factory infrastructure for medium-to-high rate spacecraft manufacturing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive manufacturing strategy and NPI execution for Comet from early development through production ramp.
• Partner with design teams to provide DFM/DFA feedback throughout development phases.
• Develop scalable production methodologies for medium-to-high rate spacecraft manufacturing.
• Lead planning and development of new production facilities including factory layout and line design.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, or production development.
• DFM/DFA principles and experience scaling complex hardware products from prototype to production.
• Experience in aerospace, satellites, robotics, or automotive high-complexity hardware industries.
