• Analyze end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition, underwriting, and funding stages
• Design dashboards and metrics to monitor funnel health and conversion rates
• Identify root causes of customer attrition using cohort-based methodologies
• Support A/B testing and experiments to measure funnel optimization impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics or data science in fintech or financial services
• 3+ years hands-on experience with customer funnels and conversion metrics
• Experience partnering with operations or frontline teams to implement analytics
• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance
