Description

As the Gen AI CoE Leader at Sigmoid, you will identify emerging GenAI technologies, establish best practices and governance frameworks, run innovation sprints, and design end-to-end architectures. You'll collaborate with pre-sales, demo, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from prototype to production.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AI/ML with at least 2+ years in GenAI research or applied work
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Deep expertise in deep learning, LLMs, agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging GenAI technologies and evaluate their business applicability
• Establish best practices, governance, and responsible AI guidelines for GenAI
• Monitor emerging GenAI trends, tools, and run innovation sprints
• Build reusable artifacts for common GenAI approaches
• Design end-to-end GenAI architectures
