You'll develop and implement strategies to strengthen movements and advance pro-democracy efforts, focusing on durable organizing infrastructure in Black communities. You'll build relationships with grantees, recommend grants, and serve as a connector. This role emphasizes community organizing and cross-ecosystem collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement program strategies for movement infrastructure.
• Build relationships with current and potential grantees.
• Invite and review grant proposals, analyze organizational capacity.
• Coordinate site visits and partnership meetings.

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years in community organizing or campaigns.
• At least 2 years managing others in that work.
• Deep understanding of movement strategy and infrastructure.
