You'll oversee a small team, set the vision, and drive research to make complex insurance workflows simple and intuitive. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small team of product designers and researchers.
• Define and evolve the long-term UX vision and experience strategy.
• Drive user research to inform product decisions.
• Evolve the design system in collaboration with frontend engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in UX/product design with 3+ years managing designers.
• Experience leading UX for both customer-facing and internal/B2B products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking for complex workflows.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend or multi-app architectures.
• Experience designing for multiple user personas (consumers vs. internal tools).
