💼 About This Role

You'll join as an early member of our hiring team, participating in recruitment strategy and talent decisions. You'll own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Your expertise in sourcing and engagement will build pipelines for iOS, Android, Backend, SRE, and Product roles in a competitive market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
• Proactively source and engage exceptional technical talent
• Design and refine recruiting processes for scalability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience hiring technical talent in fast-paced environments
• Deep sourcing expertise and passion for finding hidden talent
• Strong end-to-end recruiting skills with a track record of high-quality hires
• Based in Paris and available to work full-time onsite (Opéra)

• Experience recruiting for early-stage, high-bar tech teams
• Familiarity with mobile engineering profiles (iOS, Android)
