🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly shipping plans.
• Review component condition and determine repair work scope.
• Interpret inspection findings and create technical reports.
• Manage quality exceptions with engineering and production teams.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience directing projects or repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
