💼 About This Role

You'll conduct outreach to enroll patients in Salvo Health's remote monitoring program, helping them understand benefits and set up care. You'll serve as the launching point for patients, offering one-on-one advising to ensure success with the platform. This fully remote role requires strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform outbound calls to engage patients about Salvo's program.
• Enroll patients and schedule initial virtual nurse visits.
• Use call guides and FAQs to educate patients and address objections.
• Assist patients with understanding costs and insurance coverage.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in an outbound call center or direct sales role.
• Proven sales results and ability to meet KPIs.
• Experience with phone conversations and multitasking with computer tools.
• Comfort handling confidential data and following HIPAA guidelines.
