💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's team in Indianapolis to provide maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts using advanced diagnostic tools. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry with real-time data support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and monitor work orders using proprietary tech platform
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Maintain daily paperwork and electronic documentation

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Must own tools applicable to position
• High school diploma or equivalent
