You'll lead the Center of Excellence (COE) for Agile Governance at a top Brazilian bank, driving OKRs, QBRs, and performance indicators. Articulate strategy across areas with high executive visibility and influence organizational evolution through transformative initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead evolution of OKRs, QBRs, and Agile IA products
• Conduct benchmarks to bring innovative practices
• Develop frameworks, tools, and trainings for agile operations
• Coordinate strategic events and monitor performance indicators

📋 Requirements

• Experience with direct people management and digital transformation
• Frameworks: Scrum, XP, Lean/Kanban, SAFe, FL, or KMM
• Experience with OKRs, Discovery, and business indicators
• Systemic and strategic vision with data-driven decision making
