💼 About This Role

You'll build the platform that lets our Operations team take on any AI project without custom tooling. Your work directly impacts HAI's ability to scale revenue while maintaining a high quality bar. You'll be part of a cross-functional team embedded with Operations, shipping tools that make operators world-class.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and roadmap for operator self-serve platforms
• Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver configurable tools
• Shadow operator workflows and translate needs into prioritized features
• Launch and iterate on new tools through pilots with operations leaders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping code with engineering teams
• Experience building tools for internal users, operations teams, or power users
• Track record of building platform solutions that handle variable workflows
• Strong systems thinking to connect complex workflows into coherent product decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in configurable workflow systems, task management platforms, or low-code/no-code tools
• Experience at a human data company or in annotation/labeling operations
• Familiarity with AI/ML data pipelines, quality assurance systems, or inter-rater reliability frameworks
