💼 About This Role

You'll provide quality oversight for aircraft operations, integration, and testing directly on the flight line. Your expertise will bridge development engineering and field operations to ensure aircraft functionality and operational readiness under real-world conditions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee quality during aircraft maintenance, ground testing, and flight testing.
• Develop and execute inspection systems for flight line support.
• Lead RCCA initiatives for issues during test, maintenance, and sustainment.
• Provide real-time technical support during flight testing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, flight test, or sustainment
• Strong working knowledge of aviation systems and subsystems integration
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• 7+ years with military aircraft flight line operations
• Working knowledge of AS9100, AS6500, and ISO 9001 quality systems
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter, SolidWorks/NX, Jira
