• Define content roadmap for assigned category based on product and business objectives
• Lead intake and prioritization of test prep content requests across brands
• Scope and design test prep products including question banks and study guides
• Oversee curriculum and test blueprint mapping to ensure traceability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• 5+ years in content strategy for test prep or certification products
• Experience designing test prep products like question banks and courses
• Curriculum or blueprint mapping experience with traceability

• Experience with high-stakes or credentialing exam prep
