Description

As an IT Data Center Technician, you will maintain and optimize IT infrastructure within our data center, including working with advanced H200 GPU cloud clusters. You'll troubleshoot hardware issues, perform diagnostics, and ensure smooth operation of critical systems.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of server and networking equipment
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues
• Proactive, responsible, and results-driven work attitude

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure for optimal performance and uptime
• Diagnose and resolve server and network hardware issues
• Install, upgrade, and decommission IT hardware
• Manage fiber optic and patch cable connectivity
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
