Description

As a Technical Account Manager at Okta, you will serve as a trusted identity coach for customers using the Auth0 platform, guiding their identity strategy and ensuring they realize value from their investment. You'll build close relationships with technical stakeholders and proactively address risks to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in information technology or equivalent
  • Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
  • Experience with APIs and HTTP request methods
  • Understanding of custom consumer and SaaS apps
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud services adoption and integration

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted Identity Coach, guiding customers with technical guidance and best practices
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders from developers to C-level execs
  • Conduct quarterly executive meetings to review value and progress
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks and escalations
  • Analyze trends to optimize customer outcomes
