💼 About This Role

You'll own delivery for FluidStack's security program across security operations, physical security, customer commitments, and compliance. You'll coordinate deployments and timelines as we scale from startup to hyperscaler. This high-visibility role combines security program management with cross-functional execution across a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate technical roadmaps into delivery plans with clear owners and timelines
• Coordinate physical security deployments across data center sites
• Track and execute customer security obligations and contractual SLAs
• Support SOC, ISO, and FedRAMP compliance initiatives with GRC team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading cross-functional technical security programs
• Hands-on experience with security compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO, FedRAMP)
• Experience coordinating data center physical security deployments
• Track record managing customer-facing security commitments in B2B enterprise

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a hyperscaler or fast-growing infrastructure company
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for program tracking
• Background in AI infrastructure or cloud operations
