Description

You will safeguard clients' intellectual property by investigating online infringements, executing takedowns, and collaborating with teams to protect brands across digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven brand protection technology in a fast-growing company.

Requirements

Operational experience in IP, Trust & Safety, IT/Tech, Commerce, or Legal fields
Proactive and self-driven working style
Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Interest in IP-related career preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct online IP investigations for copyright, trademark, and patent infringements
Analyze data and recommend enforcement actions based on client parameters
Initiate takedown requests to remove infringing content from platforms
Perform targeted investigations to gather evidence for complex cases
Develop templates and best practices for efficient IP protection strategies
