💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits and follow care plans for patients in their homes. You'll make a direct impact on patients' lives through 1:1 care and flexible scheduling. This role offers training and scholarship opportunities to advance your skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Virginia
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

• Prior home care experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
