You'll own the affiliate marketing strategy for Paytm Money, driving high-quality user acquisition through publishers and performance networks. Your core impact will be scaling the affiliate channel efficiently while maintaining strong ROI and quality metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive affiliate marketing strategy across all investment products
• Onboard and manage affiliate partners including publishers and influencers
• Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and prevent fraud
• Track performance using attribution tools and optimize campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong background in broking or fintech platforms
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels
• Deep understanding of attribution tools and affiliate ecosystems
