Description
You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism using play-based ABA, implement positive behavior strategies, document session data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful progress.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (autism experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Ability to travel within 30-40 minute radius with reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
- Document session data to track treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
- Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting
