You'll lead the origination of overcollateralised stablecoin loans backed by tier one digital assets and RWAs, driving the growth of Ethena's loan book. You'll build and expand relationships with institutional counterparties, acting as a trusted advisor and creating new secured loan structures. Join a team scaling groundbreaking digital dollar products from zero to billions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate loans with new counterparties to scale the total loan book.
• Serve as primary owner for secured lending relationships with institutional clients.
• Champion growth of secured lending allocation within the trading team.
• Create new secured loan structures with exchanges, custodians, brokerages, and trading firms.

📋 Requirements

• Secured lending background in digital assets issuing loans to crypto-native firms.
• Experience in credit risk or counterparty risk analysis.
• Proven ability to negotiate lending agreement terms and close complex deals.
• Strong financial and quantitative analytical skills for collateral evaluation.

• Familiarity with CeFi and DeFi lending markets.
• Experience at a crypto prime brokerage or securities financing desk.
