Description

You will lead financial planning, investment analysis, and operational support for Klaviyo's R&D organization, partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, and GTS leadership to align product strategy with financial rigor and long-term value creation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience including FP&A or finance at SaaS software companies
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience
• Proactive leader with ability to partner with technical stakeholders
• Strong communicator who can translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Pigment, and NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to Engineering, Product, and GTS leadership, translating product strategy into financial implications
• Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting for R&D headcount and expenses
• Build business cases for major product initiatives and evaluate ROI of engineering investments
• Improve financial visibility and reporting frameworks for engineering productivity and cost efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members supporting R&D
